Our Membership Model

At South Carolina Center for Integrative Medicine, we operate on a membership plus fee-for-service model.

This means patients pay a monthly membership fee in addition to visit fees. This structure allows us to provide more personalized, accessible, and relationship-based care while keeping services straightforward and transparent.

All patients in our practice are enrolled in membership.

What’s Included in Membership?

$50 per month, per person

Your membership includes:

• Priority scheduling for appointments

• Direct communication with your practitioner through Klara, our HIPAA-secure messaging platform

• One complimentary Ear Ozone Treatment per month (per member), designed to support immune health

Please note: If a concern requires more discussion than secure messaging allows, your provider may recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure thorough care.

Family Membership

We offer a family cap of $200 per month, which includes:

• Two adults (age 18+)

• All related children under age 21

Children 21 and older are considered adult members. If an adult child marries, they will begin a separate membership.

Billing Details

• Membership fees are auto-drafted on the 25th of each month.

• Billing covers the period from the 25th of the previous month through the 24th of the current month.

• Membership is billed month-to-month and is not collected in advance.
